Restorative Reproductive Health Services and other Primary Health Care
PRC works with the vulnerable rural families, women, youth and children to provide reproductive, maternal and newborn child health services and other primary health care assistance to restore hope and survival. We provide static medical services at PRC health centre and in collaboration with partner health centres to help safe life, empower, mentor and psychosocially support rural victims of underdevelopment associated with war, conflict and political social marginalization.
We deploy volunteer health workers to underserved health centers. Our medical assistance is designed at increasing resilience for the very needy beneficiaries.
Our mobile medical team operate mobile outreach clinic across five sub-counties in Lamwo district to ensure services can reach the rural, poor and hard-to-reach communities.
We provide notifiable disease screening services for immigrants and Ugandan travelling outside of the country through local porous borders of Uganda and south Sudan thereby, securing health confidence of the local government health department in Lamwo district.
We implements cross cutting sustainable development programs to quicken recovery and sustain meaningful livelihood in favor of formerly internally displaced communities.
We promote economic security, garden opening, seed, and advisory services for the most in need members of the community, orphaned homes, and child headed homes, and persons with disability.
We cooperate for development through joint investment and global opportunity framework programs.
Our priorities are on increasing access to agricultural technologies, promoting concept and practices of sustainable agriculture, value addition and processing, diversification of house-hold income by enhancing marketing skills of rural communities, advocating for promotion of Public Private Partnerships and mobilizing for cooperatives.
